Far East (Asian) cultural law

Traditional law of Japan, Korea and China forms Far East (Asian, in a narrow sense and meaning) legal system, which by its origin and establishment, in many ways is of local, domestic, religious legal and ethnic cultural character.

Daoism law is a cultural legal system that appeared in China in the 6-5th centuries B.C., built on Dao doctrine or way for all things, Lao-Tzu considered as founder.

Buddhist Law is the law of Buddha, or cultural legal system (tradition), based on world outlook, concepts, norms and postulates of the Buddhism (the 6th century, B.C.), law of the Arhats and Bodhisattvas, law of all the Buddhists (see also home page).

Confucius law is the law, as cultural legal system, built on the basis of legal doctrine, views and comments of Confucius (China, the 6th century, B.C.).

In accordance with the doctrine of cultural law all named cultural legal systems sui generis are organic constituent parts of international legal system.

All of them, even several which are not formally incorporated into contemporary positive (secular) legal normative systems (of states and international community), comprise legal essence (sense and aim, ideal of legal consciousness) (of human and peoples’ rights) for life of billion people on the planet, and, therefore, form the quality and essence of cultural legal sovereignty and ecological legal order in the world.
